Hi Lokesh,

B.Sc (hons) is any regular B.Sc course that is done for 4 years or is completed by submitting a paper work. (Deepening you learning)

While, B.Sc Agriculture is a stream of studies, that deals with studies related to agriculture. You can have a hons degree in B.Sc Agriculture too.
