Hi Aspirants,

CS is mainly for building programs and applications of it.However IT deals with computer network and implementing client based networks.However most of the colleges in India offer CS and IT as seperate branch.So performing CS as Btech seperate and IT as seperate is good.So go for CS or IT individually.However CS with IT is good if placement of the college is good.
