What is difference between ms in biotechnology and mtech in biotechnology from NIPER

There is a basic difference between the two, i.e. MS is a science program and MTech is a technology program. Nowadays technology is more in use as technology is the future. You need a 3 years bachelor's degree to get into MS and a 4 year's bachelors degree for Mtech. Relatively, MTech is a more expensive option.
