Software engineering course will limit your ideas and knowledge to the softwares of the computer only . The computer science course will expand your horizons beyond . The computer science has many sub branches like AI , Cyber Security , networking and many more . You can even get into app devlopment , game devlopment and get all your creativity under one shelter . Computer science is a field that is fully occupying the present and will be doing that in the future as well . It has a variety . You cant limit yourself into one thing . There is a lot of knowledge to be taken . At the end , branch is more important than college . Take up the branch that excites you .
