EEE actually goes deeper than just motors and generators.you also learn more about electromagnetics and how high frequency signal works. Electrical Engineering can make good money.

ECE deals with electronics with some parts of communication.Also it contains basics on electronic machines and more on integrated circuits and communication systems.

if we talk about scope both branches have good scope.

ECE engineerings can work in IT sector while EEE have high demand in core companies.
