Dear candidate, dual specialization courses are hybrid courses rather than focusing on one single core course. Now there are no added benefits but you get learn one extra set of topics simultaneously with your syllabus. During the interview the best part is you can sit for the interview of both the specialization. So your career opportunities will be more, but at the same time there is another fact that since you have the study pressure of both the specialization, you have to study a lot and do not manage to invest time properly into any of them. So think and make a wise choice!!

Good luck!!
