Domicile certificate or residence certificate is a necessary legal document for proving that a person is having a residence in a particular state. Domicile certificate of Delhi is issued by the Department of Revenue, Government of NCT.

In Neet only domicile certificate isneeded for counselling any state. Not exactly but to get seat in Govt college of any state the domicile is mandatory to submit, if it is not there then you can only get admission in private colleges.
