hy SHRAWAN!! 

As ba llb is a professional course' mostly colleges have a dress code for all the students, which is a formal dress code. That is you have wear shirt and pants along with a blazer which gives the student a formal outlook. The dress code is kept so as to improve the personality traits of students and make them get a feel of formal offices.
