Hello aspirant, you need to complete your 10th standard from any board to become a computer science engineer. You can become a junior engineer by taking the diploma course. You can also become a complete senior engineer by taking the B.tech course after successfully completing the 12th standard. IIT's are one of the best options available to complete Computer Science Engineering.

You have to pass 10+2 with
Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.
After that you have to get admission in any engineering college in any computer science and engineering course.
The admission can be through entrace exams like JEE advanced jee mains etc.
After completing 4 years of study in B.tech or B.E. you would become Computer engineer
