Your personal status will be  included in the  domicile category of Tamilnadu as you have been studied there more than 12 years. You can apply for any course you want to take for your future course of study  in Tamil Tamilnadu.Eligibility criteria for taking admission into any course in Tamilnadu will be  according to the scheduled qualification of the respective subject admission.
