The NEET cutoff in government colleges differ from year to year as well as the colleges one is willing to go to. Around 5000 rank might be valuable of securing a seat in government college while ranks higher than this might increase your chances of losing a seat. Categories in which you belong also plays a vital role as the reserved categories can get a seat with a higher rank.
