For admission to MBBS colleges , yoh have to give national eligibility cum entrance test (NEET ) exam  .  After the NEET exam , there will be counselling procedure and every college will have different cutoffs for different colleges. 

To get admission in any college , you have to meet its specific cutoffs.

And as far as  the fee structure is concerned , then it is different for different colleges. 

For government colleges , the fee can be less than 1 lakh per year.

For private college or deemed universities , the fees can be from 2 lakhs to 10 lakhs per annum.
