Hello aspirant.
Only candidates residing in jammu and kashmir can participate in the counseling process for admission into the J&K colleges. Here is the fee structure of Ascoms-

1. Government seats under Other minority/Hindu minority- 4.95 lakhs per annum

2. Government seats under P&B category- Rs 42,900 per annum

3. Management quota seats- 4.95 lakhs per annum

4. NRI seats- $21, 522

Previous year cut off for OM category -495 marks

P&B category- 552

Here is the official website for registration- https://www.jkbopee.gov.in/

Hope it helps!
