Gap certificate is necessary for those who had dropped a year for preparing neet or any other entrance exam, it just to prove that the students had not taken admission somewhere else.
You can get gap certificate in the form of affidavit signed and stamped by tahsildar. I hope this information helps you.

Gap certificate is actually issued when u take a gap of a year after your 12 to prepare for NEET.

IT basically indicate u did not enroll in any other colleges.

Visit nearby cyber cafe. They probably do it.
