Although Biomedical engineering doesn't have a lot of scope in India in today's world. But you can always go for MBA or something

I've generally seen people going for sales job only Biomedical engineering. Also, you can do Masters in your course and then work as a biomedical entrepreneur. A master's degree will help you get a good salary also.
