Home State Quota is the reservation for candidates who belong to thestatewhere the college is located.
If you want to have benefits of home state quota then you must have domicile of UP.

Domicile requirement- Candidates must have either passed the qualifying exam from any institution in Uttar Pradesh or must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh in order to be eligible for UPSEE 2020. In case of being a domicile of Uttar Pradesh, a candidate will have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (Father or mother) during the verification process.
