Icr form form contains your baisc details such as candidates name, fathers name, mothers name, gender,  address, religion, territory, nationality, phone numer and various other related details. It also contains the course you are taking, fee amount you paid, draft number for the same, paper you gave. And thereby a signature of yours declaring that i formation you provided is true and you are eligible for taking admission. In case there is something suspicious found later your admission will be canceled wirhout refunding the fee deposited.
