IMU CET entrance exam is for getting into marine engineering.

It is conducted by the Indian Maritime University once in every year to offer admissions into various UG & PG courses in Marine engineering field.

Through IMUCET , admission is provided in five campuses located in Cochin, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Vishakhapatnam.

To be eligible for IMUCET for btech for marine engineering you need to score at least 60% marks in PCM & a minimum 50% marks in English in class 10 tg /12 th but yes in case of SC/ST, there is 5% of relaxation in eligibility marks ( but it is not in English).
