Dear Harsh, IPM is a 5 year Dual Degree course offered at IIM Indore for Candidates who have completed their 10+2. IPM stands for Integrated Programme in Management. Ideally for a Management course, you need to first complete your Bachelor's degree and then appear for an entrance examination and pursue your Masters in Management. Instead with IPM, you appear for one entrance exam IPMAT and study for 5 years and gain Dual degree. As this programme is for 12th pass Candidates, the managerial and leadership skills are taught before even they turn 17 or 18.
