Jee main paper consists of 2 paper that is paper first is for the B.tech/B.E aspirants and the paper second is B.Arch./ B.Planning aspirants.

As per the exam pattern of  jee main 2019, paper 1 will be  an objective type question based having a equal  weightage of  Physics ,chemistry and mathematics out of 360 marks.

And the time duration of paper first will be 3 hours and the total number of questions will be 90 that is, physics ,chemistry and mathematics having a equal question that is  30 and each question having an equal weightage of marks that is four and if you are giving a wrong answer then you have to face a penalty of  ¼ marks of each wrong answer.

Coming to the paper 2, paper second having 390 marks based on mathematics , aptitude and drawing skills and the duration of that paper is also 3 hours.

Both paper of jee main conducted by the NTA  (National testing Agency).

Jee mains will be conducted in online mode. The question paper will have 90 questions, 30 questions from each subject. There is a time limit of 3 hours for the exam. Correct anwsers will be awarded +4 marks, however a wrong answer will reduce 1 mark from your score.
