JEE Paper 2 for B.Arch and B.Plan results will be declared by National Testing Agency NTA on January 31. The candidates will be able to check and download their score card or result of JEE Main Paper 2 after logging into their account on the official website. Also, the normalization procedure will be adapted by the authorities to prepare for JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 result. But you won't be able to see your all India rank as the All India Rank of the candidates will be released only after the April session result is announced, however you can predict your expected rank after knowing your scores after the results are declared.
