HS - Home state

OS - Other state

These are all the quotas you will find in JEE Counselling.

So, LA and JK quota is only reserved for Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir students respectively, and you will only find them in NIT Srinagar.

If I'm not wrong then it's AI quota not LA. So with my assumption AI quota stands for ALL INDIA. In IITs and IIITs, only AI quota is applicable and no HS (stands for Home State) or OS (Other State) quota which means that there would be no discrimination in selection in these institute based on which state do  the candidates belong to (From where the candidate given his/her class 12 boards exam). And in NITs there's no AI quota, but HS and OS quota there. Hope you get what you want else if any other question you have, you may ask in the comment section.
