Hello Aspirant,

B.Tech lateral entry is the direct entry of an applicant into the second year of engineering (third semester) with some criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate.

For Lateral Entry in LNMIIT , the Eligibility Criteria that must be fulfilled are :

You should have secured an aggregate of at least 75% Marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI with no backlog in B.Tech./B.E. Semester I or Semester I and II combined as available.And you should have completed Semester 2.

The applicant must have appeared and qualified JEE (Main) Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

You must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade (consisting of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in Class 12th Examination from a recognised board.

And you must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% Marks or equivalent Grade in Class 10th Examination from a recognised Institute.
