As things like lowest cut off can't be predicted easily as it depends on the luck of the person who got admission with lowest marks and it doesn't mean that someone will have same luck next year
You should try to better your score and do well in the exam and try to get a decent score which will make you eligible to take an admission.

You should atleast try to get a score above 450 in the entrance exam as this will make your position secure in a good college  and you can have your hopes up for getting admission
