Management Quota Seats and Special Rounds seats are totally different things. Special rounds are the rounds held to fill the vacant seats in the college after all the normal rounds. Management quota seats are a number of seats that are left for admission of candidates in which the candidates can have any rank and get into the college by paying a huge amount of money other than the college fees for admission. You have to talk to the management team of the college or some third party people that have connections with the college team.
