Raja, in 2019, under State Quota, 228 marks secured a seat in Basti Medical College under ST Category. That was the cut off. Now cut offs chamge every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you want a seat in UP under ST Category, you will need atleast 450. That will get you in Colleges like KGMC, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Colleges

Cut varies with each college.You can check th cut off for 85% state quota for GMC in Uttar Pradesh in 2019 here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
The lowest score was 228 and the highest was 362.Candidates who scored in between 228-362 marks secured seats in various GMCs in UP.So you need to score 362 or above as cut off changes depending on difficulty of exam, highest score, number of seats available, number of candidates etc.
