Hey aspirant!

When you get an exemption for something, you don't have to do that particular thing. Here, Fee exemption means when you get admission in a college, you are not required to pay the tuition fee.

Hope this answer is helpful to you.

Thank you.

Hello,

If you belong to SC/ST with parent's annual income is below 2.5 lakhs or secured rank below 10,000 then you are eligible for full fee reimbursement. And for candidates belonging to disabled category, BC, EBC and EWS are eligible for partial fee reimbursement. So fee exemption means that you are either eligible for full fee reimbursement or partial fee reimbursement depending on the category you belong and the rank. You are exempted from paying the tuition fee.
