Hello aspirant,

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority  (JoSAA) was set up the Ministry of Human Resources Development to manage and regulate the seat allocations for providing admissions to Institutes. Students who qualify JEE Main or JEE Advanced are eligible for participating in JoSSA counselling. The seat allotment of JoSSA is done on the basis of merit list of students in JEE Mains or JEE Advanced. The students have to pay the seat acceptance fees and also download the allotment letter. JoSSA 2020 registration process will start from October 6,2020. This year 111 institutes will participate in JoSSA Counselling which include 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 26 IIITs, IIEST Shibpur,  30 Other Government Funded Technical Institutes. The eligible students can register by selecting their course and college. The counselling for JoSSA 2020 will be held in six rounds and the result for seat allocation for each round will be released in online mode for each round.
