Those AIIMS institutes who are old and fully operating from their own permanent campuses are called permanent AIIMS. However Some new AIIMS was declared a few years ago so their permanent campuses are under construction and till the time they will operate from some temporary campuses allotted to them. These are called as temporary AIIMS. AIIMS Bibinagar, Raebareli and mangalgiri are operating from their temporary campuses so there is no problem in taking admission into these colleges. However in point of infrastructure and the old AIIMS are bit better. Hope I solved your query.
