It's a certificate based program not provide degree right?

I am too confuse because i applied for pgdm but somehow not converted & got a call for eMBA. Is it worth to opt this & what is the career after this programme?

I would suggest you to look for other colleges. You must think twice before you get into a college because you'll be investing a great deal of time and money. If you want to pursue MBA this year only and you don't have any other options then you may go for it and work yourself to build some industry connections but if you are okay with dropping for an year you can try to grab some better colleges next year which can give you sure shot placements and excellent learning.
