Hope you are doing great. The MHCET is for particularly Maharashtra law colleges. As for the Law CET entrance, there is none. For entry into different law colleges in the respective state, there are numerous state entrance exams like MH CET LAW, TS LAWCET, and APLAWCET. Law students who want to study law mostly prefer and seek out CLAT more. While CLAT is the entrance exam for programmes like BA LLB, Bcom llb, and others at NLUs, it is also accepted by many other law schools. BA LLB is a 5-year integrated llb programme.

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law or MH CET Law is a state-level law entrance exam in Maharashtra. State CET Cell, Maharashtra conducts MH CET law for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state of Maharashtra. This means only the colleges in Maharashtra accepts MHT LAW score where as Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level law entrance exam. The scores of CLAT 2022 will be accepted by 22 national law universities for admission to the five-year integrated LLB programmes and one-year LLM courses.
