Migration certificate : It is an implimpor document. You cannot take admission in any college without a migration certificate. School itself provides migration certificate after results. If they haven't ask them to give you one. All these documents are a must to take admission in any institution. This certificate is also required when we change from one board to another. It is issued by board. 

Transfer certificate : Transfer certificate is a certificate issued to a student on his request or under disciplinary action by the school authority or college authority when the student is supposedly to leave the school or any institution.
