Before going directly to percentage scoring, have a look a Eligiblity criteria for JEE advance,
.

Must be qualified in JEE MAINS
Must be atleast 25 years
Can only attempt 2 times in 2 consecutive years
If candidate already got admitted in IIT, they aren't Eligible.
Must be a 12th qualified student with Atleast 75%. For SC/ST it must be 65%
