there is no specified btech marks needed to appear in post graduate entrance exam of IIIT hyderabad. B.E./B.Tect (any branch including CSE/ECE/EEE/Civil/ Biotechnology) can apply for Mtech program. there is some facts which they consider for shortlisting candidates along with the entrance test score is

Good-quality research publications

Participation in research-oriented projects

Work experience in R&D labs

Work experience in industry

if you have any one of the mentioned criteria like you have done a research based project in btech curriculum or have certain work experience then it will be your plus point.

you have to score a minimum of 60 percent marks in class 12 in physics, chemistry and math to be eligible to get admission in btech for pgee iit hyderabad.
