NITs takes admission on the basis of ranks /merit in the JEE main 2020 exam.

So instead of the closing and opening cuttoff nits releases closing and opening rank.

As EWS seats are added included in nits from 2019. It gets much difficult to have an idea from the previous years trends as we have only cuttoff of 2019. In 2019 the home state cutoff rank for EWS category student was in the range of about 4500- 13000 for various courses. And other state cutoff rank lie between 2000- 5000. This is a rough estimate not the exact cutoff.
