It would be difficult to tell you the minimum qualifying percentile required as JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year by NTA for the first time. More than 85 percentile in the exam would be a decent score to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam. Also, it should be noted that this is not the exact percentile.
