The seats which are less in number and being reserved for limited students only are know as minority. Also, under AIQ there is only ST, SC minority, state and college wise it cannot be the same as it varies accordingly.

Very bad answerMinority here means religious minorities like Christian, Muslim, sikh, budhist etc

Categories other then general and OBC comes in minority quota like ST and SC. Some seats are reserved for minority quota students.

Seats reservation varies from state to state in NEET exam.

In NEET 15% quota there is reservation for ST and SC and it is not based on mother tongue it is based on your category.
In states it varies from one state to another.
