Hello student if a student fill the jee main form more than one time then the exam conducted body NTA considere the last successfully paid application only, and not provide any kind of refund if application is paid successfully
In your case if your first application is not paid then its not successful so you can consider your main application only which one is paid.

Please do not consider and other application as your application that may effect in you future formalities.
