Hii, we cannot predict your SC rank as it may vary depending upon the number of SC category students who appear for the exam. But your all India rank will be around 19,000 seeing the previous year trends and as you belong to the SC category you will easily get any IIT such as Dhanbad or Bhubaneshwar with any topmost branch like computer science. So you need not worry about your category rank as you will definitely get an IIT with these marks.
