For 30 marks your percentile should be around 56.57-58.15.

This is a tentative trend and marks vs percentile analysis is different for every year.

If you get 30 marks, then it is completely sure that you will not get qualified in jee mains or you will not be able to clear the cutoff of jee mains.

Now, if you secure 30 marks in jee mains 2021, then your expected percentile will be around 50 percentile, which is not a good score to get you any college.
Even from obc category, you will not be qualified in jee mains with such low percentile score.

So, try to score more than 97 percentile from obc caregory to get a good college. And for that try to score more than 150 marks from obc category.
