Let me make you clear that there is nothing like state merit rank for MHT CET because MHT CET itself is state level competitive(entrance) exam so a single rank list is to be released.

And there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 1-19,000. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.
