Jee is the joint entrance examination for many engineering colleges in India. The no. of studentes attempted the JEE last year are around 12lakhs. JEE mains exam is conducted by the NTA ie., national testing agency.

The exam is conducted for total 360 marks. Each subject contains 120 marks.

This year jee mains conducted by NTA in various session.Throughout all session it is not easy to maintain the level of paper same.So NTA declared result of 1st phase in terms of Percentile instead raw score so that no one student get disadvantage of tough paper .Best percentile  from two phases of jee mains will considered for merit list.If one only appear in one phase then the score of that phase will be considered as best.This year NTA will declares rank on the basis of percentile score.
