CBSE has defined NEET Syllabus from topics covered in class 11 and class 12. NEET Syllabus is basically derived out of three main subjects namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There are a total of 180 questions. Each question is of 4 marks while 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
