You need to choose the code 02 dear , code 02 is for all those neet aspirants who have passed there 12th board examination in the year 2019 or before.

You need to choose the code 0 2 because, although you are in the first year of B pharma but even then your highest qualification with physics ,chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2
