NEET UG is an entrance exams for students who wish to pursue MBBS/BDS after their class 12th and therefore its a exam for pursuing under graduation , whereas NEET PG exam is a exam for post graduation( meaning after after graduation). This exam is given by those who want to do further studies and do MD/MS.
NEET PG Exam can be given by those who :
1, has a valid MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate of the same course.
2. is a citizen of INDIA,
3. is registered with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.
4. have completed one year of compulsory rotating internship.
NOTE: There is no upper and lower age limit required for applying to NEET PG entrance examination.

NET UG:
NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. ... NEET has been introduced for: Undergraduate (NEET-UG) Medical Course like MBBS, BDS etc.The exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).There are a total of 180 questions asked in the exam, 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry, 90 questions from Biology. Each correct response fetches 4 marks and each incorrect response gets -1 negative marking. The exam duration is 3 hours.
NEET PG:
It is a qualifying and ranking exam in india, for students who wish to study various post graduate doctor of medicine, master of surgery and diploma courses.
The examination is computer based, consisting of 300 multiple choice questions.Time allotted is 3.5 hours.
