Admission to government medical colleges based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
The previous year cutoff marks for Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur under state quota was:

General: 610+ marks
OBC: 607 marks 6262 rank
SC: 479 marks 62302 rank
ST: 348 marks 188826 rank
EWS: 607 marks 6332 rank
