For a student of categories SC, ST or PWD, He/she should have scored a minimum of 65% marks in 12th board exams or must be category wise in top 20 percentile in his/her equivalent board. So that comes out to be around 325 marks. So you should have score d atleast 325 marks out of 500.

To get into IIT's one should qualify JEE Mains exam and crack JEE Advanced exam. There is no other alternative to enter into IIT's. Your IPE Marks should also be great. To get into NIT's JEE Mains is enough. JEE Mains is a National level Common Entrance Test to get into various Engineering Colleges.
