Generally the rounds are dependent on the vacant seats . So, you cannot whether it's going to happen or not . Generally the probability is quite low for that. But still wait for the official notification .

The probability for 2nd additional round of counselling completely depends on whether there are any vacant seats or not. There is generally a very low probability of this round as all the seats are filled up to this round but you can hope for the best to happen.
