Hello,
As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-state quota(85%) and management quota.
The state quota is only available to students having domicile of that state and not for outsiders.
Fot management quota  in private colleges you can contact the college directly for these seats. But the fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
