If you pass this time, you can't sit for Boards again. You'll have to to sit for an “improvement exam”. For which you need to talk to your school and fill some forms. In this case, you need not go to school.

But if you want to drop the year, by remaining absent for your next exams, then you need to have the 75 percent minimum attendance.
